From an original 1961 recipe from Cuneo
featuring rhum, a chocolate delicacy with
a 60% dark chocolate shell filled with

chocolate cream infused with the authentic
flavor of rhum.

A classic of Piedmontese tradition, it

plays on the delightful contrast of notes
released by the chocolate and the rhum,
which alternate on the palate to deliver
a multifaceted tasting experience: the

bitterness of the chocolate gives way to the
warmth and sweetness of the rhum.
