The irresistibly crunchy texture and authentic
ingredients are what make our Brutto&Buono
truly unique.
The raw ingredients chosen—i.e. cacao, hazelnuts,
almonds and pistachios—are selected based
on outstanding quality and are added whole or
coarsely chopped without undergoing any other
process that would alter their taste and aroma.
Thanks to this selection method and the fact that
the ingredients are worked by hand with care,
passion and attention to detail (like in the past),
the product offers unrivalled crunch and that
authentic, full-bodied flavour.
